***This page is under construction. I'm trying to update it so it will be easier to navigate. I want to have each recipe in it's own post and then link to each recipe here. My problem is I'm not sure how to catagorize them... and I'd like to put a thumbnail photo with the title. Any suggestions? No. You can't comment here. That's another thing I'd like to add. A comment form. How to do this???

Well, while I'm trying to figure things out... please feel free to scroll down a bit and see the list of recipes I have available so far. I hope you find something you enjoy! And please come back... :)

I think every family has a few favorite recipes that they use often or just can't live without. I have a few of my own that I'd like to share. Maybe you'll find a keeper. :)

Here is our favorite bean dip. Doesn't last long at our house and company seems to love it too!

1 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c.  sour cream
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, and green chilies. Sprinkle with green onion, black olives, and Monterey Jack cheese. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover, bake for 10 additional minutes. If desired, microwave covered on HIGH for 4 minutes instead of baking. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
